Background

Kaeng-Kua is one kind of red curry without some spices such as coriander seeds or black pepper seeds. KaengKua in the south is not a combination of all tastes like curry from Bangkok but sweet flavor is mainly from coconut milk and shrimp and it is easily cooked.

Pak-Good is one kind of natural ferns that can be safely eaten. It always grows in fresh and unpolluted area. It contains high beta-carotene. When mixed together with coconut milk, it can produce high vitamin A that can support  your eyesight.

200 grams shrimp, peeled

2 cups shrimp paste

2 cups coconut milk

Bamee-kiew-Moo-Daeng (Egg noodles with shrimp wonton and grilled red pork)

  Background Egg noodles is well-known as traditional technique noodles cooking of Chinese, made from mixing both wheat flour and eggs together. This made noodles become yellow and soft. Then add wonton and red grilled pork as original style from China. This dish is easily found in a local food shop or big restaurant. The good noodles has to be soft even kept for a long time. Pla Saai Tod Khamin (Deep fried fish with fresh turmeric)

Back ground Threadfin Bream fish, pla saai, is a medium-size fish. The fried fish recipe originated from fishing communities of the south of Thailand. The fish is deep fried in hot oil after marinating for couple of hours in a curry-like paste that is prepared on garlic, lemongrass, black peppercorns and fresh turmeric.   Nutrition facts Fish is enriched with Omega 3 and protein which strengthen muscular. Turmeric is an excellent source of both iron and manganese. It is also a good source of vitamin B6, dietary fiber, and potassium.
