This noodle is traditional dish from Korat or Nakornratchasrima province, It similar to Phadthai in central of Thailand. Korat Noodle is popular because of their specific character that cannot be found from elsewheres so it become the favorite of everyone who visit Korat.

Ingredients

120 grams bowl Rice noodle
1 teaspoon garlic, Chopped
1 tablespoon shallot, Chopped
30 grams Minced pork
1 tablespoon Bean paste
2 tablespoons Fish sauce
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 tablespoon Tamarind juice
1 teaspoon Black soy sauce
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Bean sprout
Spring onion, sliced
