Background

Khai – Pam or Ook-Khai is another simple dish made from eggs cooked in banana leaf cups. The eggs can be cooked in banana leaf cups on a charcoal stove without using oil.

Tam Sua (Northeastern style Spicy Papaya Salad and Vermicelli)
