150 grams chicken breast, cut into bite size

50 grams ginger, thinly sliced

80 grams onion, sliced

50 grams Jew’s ear mushroom

15 grams spring onion, sliced

5grams garlic, crushed

Vegetable for fry

Soy sauce or fish sauce as seasoning sauce
