Star Gooseberry is a vegetable with sweet taste, so it can lower the temperature in the body and high in fiber which is good for excretory system. The dried fish in the menu is rich with protein and easily digested.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crispy fish
  • 200 grams Star Gooseberry
  • 30 grams small tomatoes
  • 50 grams glass noodle
  • 3 cups soup stock

Curry paste ingredients

  • 3 dried chilies
  • 30 grams shallot
  • 10 grams of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon shrimp paste
  • 1 tablespoon fermented fish

    Background Kab Moo is a common supplement to almost every Northern Thai dish. In northern culinary tradition, kab moo can be part of every meal and also a tasty snack. Phaneang Neua (Beef in ground peanut-coconut cream curry)

Background Beef curry is a type of red curry which is salty and sweet and thick with a nutty peanut flavor. Some Thai people believe that the dish is influenced by Indonesia since King Rama VI because the dish is similar to an Indonesia dish named “Rendang” which is made from thick beef but Thai are preferred thinly sliced beef.   Nutrition facts The dish is enriched with protein from beef and fat from coconut cream.
