  • 4 tablespoons shredded shallots
  • 3 tablespoons shredded leeks
  • 3 grams bird’s eye sliced chilies
  • 2 tablespoons shredded leeks
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
