Background

PhrikNoom means the green chili. Nam PhrikNoom is the thick chili paste, a famous Northern Thai or Lanna food. A menu not to be missed and mostly eaten with crispy pork rind and fresh vegetables.

Green chili contains Capsaicin, help to lower blood sugar. It also helps in the treatment of diabetes, reducing cholesterol and triglyceride levels.

  Background “Yong Tau Foo” is well-known as traditional recipe of Hakka before transformed to “Yen Ta Fo”It is Hakka’s signature recipe but the original cooking was tofu stuffed with minced pork. Then became tofu stuffed with fish.
