Ingredients

  • 1 cup crispy fish
  • 200 grams Star Gooseberry
  • 30 grams small tomatoes
  • 50 grams glass noodle
  • 3 cups soup stock

  • 3 dried chilies
  • 30 grams shallot
  • 10 grams of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon shrimp paste
  • 1 tablespoon fermented fish
