Deep fried pork ball mixed with seerfish, full of smell of spice and tasty

“Deep fried pork ball mixed with seerfish” is a tasty street food that young people may have never heard of. It is Thai ancient cuisine that uses both pork and fish, seasoning with spices and deep fry, so it smells good, taste good and crispy.
Anyone who wants to cook it at home can follow the recipe from Foodtep as set out below:-
Ingredients
– 3 portions of pork loin                      – 1 portion of seerfish
– Coriander roots                                 – Thai garlics
– grounded roasted peppers                – Palm oil
***Shallots, limes, guinea-peppers  and coriander leaves
***The amount of each ingredient bases on personal preference.

Instruction
1. Chop pork thoroughly
2. Cut seerfish into pieces and fry it using medium heat just to make it done but it shall remain soft so that we can easily mix it with the chopped pork. When it is done, scoop it up and leave it.
3. Pound the coriander roots and Thai garlics (with peels) just to make it broken. Add grounded roasted peppers and pound them together.
4. Scoop the spices to mix with the chopped pork in the mixing bowl.
5.  Add the fried seerfish into the s mixing bowl by using 1 portion of seerfish, 3 portion of chopped pork and mix them thoroughly.
6. Knead the mixture into balls with preference size but they must not be too thick, so that it can be cooked to the center. When they are duly fried, scoop them up to get rid of the oil. Serve them with shallots and limes. Add guinea-peppers, if you like spicy food or top with coriander leaves to make the dish looks more appetizing. Now it is ready for eat. After finished it, let’s see the nutrients we got from the dish.
