350 grams pork chitterlings

20 grams coriander roots

5 grams Garlics

½ teaspoon Pepper

2 ½ teaspoons Oyster sauce

2 ½ teaspoons Seasoning sauce

2 ½ teaspoons Soy sauce

½ teaspoon Sugar

1 teaspoon Salt

10 grams lemongrass cut into pieces

3 kaffir lime leaves
