Background
Kai Yang (Grilled chicken) is eaten together with sticky rice and papaya salad. In Isan, the menus of grilled chickenvary but the most famous are KhaoSuanKwang grilled chicken from KhonKaen and Vichienburi grilled chicken from Phetchabun.

Ingredients
• 1 chicken (2 kg. size)
• 30 grams crushed lemongrass
• 3 tablespoons crushed garlic
• 2 tablespoons crushed coriander roots
• 1 tablespoon crushed black pepper
• 2 pandan leaves
• 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 3 tablespoons crushed shallots
• ¼ cup of milk
• 1 teaspoon salt

Lon-Puu-Kem

    Background Lon-puu-kem is a sweet cold dip made of salted black crab, ground pork and coconut cream. It’s served with various vegetables such as Thai eggplant, sliced mangoes and radishes. As southern part is connected to sea so there are many crabs to preserve as a salty crab.   Nutrition facts Crab highly contains potassium and zinc. The main ingredient is variety of herbs that we add in for example shallot, lemongrass and fresh chili which give good flavor. In addition to serve aside with various of fresh vegetables. Background Kapi (shrimp paste) is a common ingredient of Thai dishes for a long time. It is used as an ingredient in many dishes and its taste is salty.
