Background

Naem or northern Thai fermented sausage, is frequently made from meat such as pork or beef but nowadays the most popular consumption is made from pork. In the Northern part of Thailand, we usually call Moo-Som and Jin SomMoak. It will become more delicious and tasty by grill.

Being high in protein and rich in many vitamins and minerals is main beneficial of pork, all the essential amino acids is necessary for the growth and maintenance of our bodies.The health benefit of iron mainly provides oxygen to organ systems through red blood cell production.

 

Ingredients

1 Kg. minced pork

100 grams pork skin

20 grams Thai garlic, peeled

1 tablespoonsalt

1 cupkaonung or steamed rice

  Background Nham or fermented pork is made with preservation method, thus it has a sour taste. Nham is mostly cooked by adapting into Yum or salad for a better taste.   Nutrition Facts Nham or fermented pork is full of protein, iron and Vitamin B. Galangal eases constipation and helps relieve migraine headache.   Ingredients 120 grams fermented pork cut into bite size pieces 30grams sliced galangal 2 tablespoons shredded bird eye chilies 3 grams fried dry chilies 2 tablespoons shredded leeks 2 tablespoons shredded corianders 2 tablespoons shredded shallots 2 tablespoons lime juice 3 tablespoons fish sauce 1 tablespoon sugar 2 tablespoons roasted peanuts

  Bcakground Pla Ra or fermented fish is made by preservation, very famous in the Northern and Northeastern Thailand. Northeasterners love to use fermented fish as the main ingredient in almost every dish. Pla Ra Sab Song Kruang is one of the most well known menus.   Nutrition Facts Protein from the fermented fish prevents the formation of saturated fat or cholesterol. Lime juice is packed with Vitamin C.
