Background

Nam-prik-kha is a rather dry chili dipping sauce containing galangal as a main ingredient. It is really good combination eating with grilled beef, sticky rice and fresh vegetable.

 

Nutrition facts

Eating galangal helps relieve the discomfort caused in stomach and abdomen due to inflammation, reduce against cold and cough by improving blood circulatory.

In additional, the rootstock of galangal has shown benefit of protection of asthma symptom and relieving pain throughout whole body, joint and teeth.

20 dried bird’s eye chilies

20 grams Thai garlic, peeled

1 tablespoon galangal, finely chopped

    Background The taste of wild boar is not the same as domestic or farmed pig. Its meat tastes like a mix between pork and beef, with a unique juicy and crunchy meat.  The meat is higher in moisture than pork.
